1. Net Directory Limited will Design and or optimise the above named companies website with all major Internet Search Engines under the agreed classification for an indefinite period.

2. The price to be paid by the purchaser for the designing and or optimising of the said website shall be as indicated in the above Internet requirements.

3. Net Directory Ltd will not be held liable in the event that the above named company supplies information or artwork that is in breach of any UK copyright laws at any time.

4. Should Net Directory Ltd not carry out the above conditions, then your monies will be totally refunded.

5. Should the above named companies website not be completed as a result of the above named company failing to supply information or their website not be top ranked due to the original website designer construction methods then no refund will be given.

6. In the event of any contractual disputes requiring court action, then all cases will be heard and dealt with by the Sheriffs  Officer in the Dumfries Sheriffs Court
